My rate is $135 per individual 50 minute session, with sliding scale availability.
I believe in the accessibility for mental health care, and offer reduced, sliding scale rates considering your circumstance and needs. Please contact me to determine an appropriate rate for you.
The frequency of our sessions are at your comfort. We can meet weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whenever is best for your needs.
Sessions are offered in person and virtually. My office is located at 4060 Skippack Pike, Skippack PA 19474— it is on the main road of Skippack Village! There are parking spaces out front. I offer virtual appointments using a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Out-of-Network Provider
As a Licensed Professional Counselor for Nourish Therapy & Wellness, I am an Out-of-Network service provider for insurance companies.
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement or flex spending with health savings accounts (HSA). At Nourish Therapy & Wellness, we can help determine what your insurance covers and provide you with appropriate documents to get reimbursed.
I believe every person is individual, and deserves individualized treatment—being out-of-network allows me to break traditional molds of therapy treatment. Together, we have the freedom to personalize your care. Find more information here.
If you do not have access to health insurance or if your health insurance does not provide adequate mental health coverage, and you cannot afford private pay rates, then I am happy to offer reduced session fees through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective.
